Rule 1: Fail/Non RP

Note: Roleplaying is defined as participating in a game as a character. This does not mean you are pretending to be yourself, but rather you take on a fake life. Try your best to keep a consistent character through each roleplay. Each scenario can be played out in various ways, it's up to you on how you want to go about it! It's like real life, but without real consequences, as long as you follow these rules. Now read up and go have some fun you heathens! 1.1: Failure to follow through with an RP situation or doing things that are unfair or otherwise not practical to do with your character. 1.2: All players are expected to put effort into their roleplay scenarios. Players should not constantly be involved in low effort situations, such as getting into a police chase for a minor crime, constantly robbing other players, unnecessarily killing another player (i.e. killing a compliant player that you kidnapped), etc. 1.3: No Combat Logging. This is when you disconnect from the server in the middle of an RP or combat situation. Example; fights, police chases, kidnapping, robbery, etc. 1.4: It is important to value all lives as if they were your own. This includes the nonroleplaying citizens. It is important to note that killing should be a last resort. =========================================================================

Rule 2: Random Deathmatch (RDM)

2.1: No killing someone without a valid RP reason or intention. 2.2: If a player is making direct, hostile actions towards you, you have a right to kill them, Or any prior interactions leading to the RP. 2.3: You must give players proper time to react to your commands, this will be situational based, i.e.; If you are holding a player at gunpoint and they begin the weapon draw animation you may shoot the player. 2.4: Do Not kill on-duty EMS, or take them hostage/kidnap. =========================================================================

Rule 3: Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM)

3.1: Do not use vehicles as a weapon. This is VDM. 3.2: Killing a player with a vehicle is ONLY permitted when it is either the only or most appropriate RP option available. 3.3: No ragdolling another player to simply take advantage of the situation. =========================================================================

Rule 4: Fear Role Play/NVL

4.1: You must comply and fear for your life if your weapon is holstered and you have a gun pointed at your head. 4.2: You must fear for your life if there are more than two attackers, even if they don't have guns drawn at the time. 4.3: You must comply if there is a weapon pointed at you (even if it's not your head). 4.4: You can fight back if your gun is already out when a gun is pointed at you. 4.5: A taser is not equal to a weapon. If someone aims a gun at you while you have a taser drawn, you must comply with them. =========================================================================

Rule 5: New Life Rule & Permanent Death

5.1: When you are downed or knocked unconscious: a. If a player is downed, they can be revived by EMS. They only have partial memory of what happened leading to their injuries. 5.2: When you respawn at the hospital: a. Any player who respawns at the hospital has zero memory of the past life. b. This means no returning to active scenes that you were involved in for 5 Mins. 5.3: If you want to kill off your character and RP out they have fully died. The code name for this is a '11-44' and after you have RP it out, do /report and get a admin for the last few steps. =========================================================================

Rule 6: Exploiting/Power Gaming/Meta Gaming

6.1: If you find an exploit, make a ticket. 6.2: If someone is caught using any exploit, they can be banned for failure to report and/or for abusing the system. 6.3: Don't Meta Gaming; Meta Gaming Is Using Information From Outside Of The City And Using It In The City. For Example; Stream Sniping. =========================================================================

Rule 7: Communication

7.1: Always speak to other players/members/admin with respect and clarification. 7.2: No Hate speech/racism or toxic behavior (No N Word...) 7.4: No disrespecting staff/admins, with understanding that they are diligently working hard to provide a fun and safe community for all members. 7.5: No EROTIC RP. 7.6: No harassment. If someone asks you to stop acting a certain way towards them, please respect their request. =========================================================================

Rule 8: In Character

8.1: Stay In Character. 8.2: Only Go Out Of Character When Its A 72 Issue (72 Stands For Admin.) 8.3: Here are some terms that are good to say while in character; 72 Issue = Admin Issue Flying In = Joining Server Flying Out = Leaving Server Taking Nap = Rejoining =========================================================================

Rule 9: Driving

9.1: Don't Offroad In Sports Car, Off-road in Off-Roading Vehicles. 9.2: Don't Take High Jumps And Keep On Driving, That Is Considered Fail RP. =========================================================================

Rule 10: Staff Rules (Admin, Mods, etc.)

10.1: All members with any staff role (admin/mod) are EXPECTED to hold themselves to the highest standards both in-game and out-of-character. Staff will NOT be disrespectful or toxic towards members of the community. All staff members are expected to conduct themselves as if they were the ones who have put hundreds of hours on the backend to develop SRP. 10.2: Do NOT give yourself or any player new weapons, money, tools, equipment/supplies, transporting, etc. Or Abuse Any Staff Perks. 10.3: Any issues and/or complaints received from other players, or being experienced by other staff, need to be reported by making a ticket. 10.4: If issues with any staff are being reported for failing to uphold their staff duties and or roles, there needs to be a conversation with All Staff, including a “trial” in order to hear all parties' interpretations. A vote is to be made on the same day, regarding the penalties to treat said staff member as listed below; a. Warning b. 72 Hour Probation of staff duties. c. 2 Week Removal of staff duties. d. 4 Week Removal of staff duties. e. Permanent removal of staff duties. =========================================================================

Rule 11: Flying Aircraft

11.1: You are not allowed to fly a helicopter, plane unless you are Air Cert. 11.2: If you are Air Cert by a 72 you may fly stolen or owned aircraft without any 72 troubles. 11.3: 72's can revoke your Air Cert if you are miss using or abusing the Air Cert, LEO can also revoke up to 14 days for unsafe flying or any other violations. (IN RP) =========================================================================

Rule 12: Robbing

12.1: You can only rob other players when you have had prior experience with them, you can't just go walking around on the streets and rob random people for no reason. 12.2: You must have a valid reason to rob someone, for example they stole from you.

Rule 13: Music

13.1 Music cannot be copyrighted or DMCA striked if you want to play it in the server. 13.2 Music you play cannot be ear rape or spam sounds. 13.3 Soundboard or funny sounds are allowed it just cannot be super loud or against Twitch TOS.
